In short

Audloop plays the audio and video you pick from your phone and splits their speech into sentences entirely on your device. Your files, and the text derived from them, never leave your phone. Three things do go over the network — the feedback you choose to submit, a small set of anonymous usage events, and a crash report if the app crashes. Each is described below.

What stays on your phone

• The audio and video you import are read-only. They are never copied, moved or uploaded.
• Speech recognition runs on your device, using a model the app downloads from Google Play. No audio is sent anywhere to be transcribed.
• The sentences produced by parsing are stored in a private database inside the app and are never uploaded.
• Deleting a resource removes the app's record of it. The original file on your phone is not touched.

What leaves your phone

Feedback you submit. When you tap Submit, the app sends what you wrote, which type you picked, the app version, your device model, your Android version, the system language, and the time of submission. It goes to a database run by Google Firebase, and contains no account and no identifier that points back to you.

Anonymous usage events. The app records whether certain steps happened — a parse was started, finished or failed, the speech model download succeeded or failed, sentence listening was used — together with the app version and the time. Failed steps also carry a short reason. These records contain no device identifier, and nothing about your files or their content.

Crash reports. If the app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics sends the stack trace, the app version, your device model and Android version, and a Firebase installation ID — a random identifier created for this app, reset when you reinstall, and not shared with other apps. Crash reports do not include your files, the text derived from them, or your feedback.

As with any network request, the servers that receive these see the IP address the request came from.

Who receives it

Google Firebase, a Google service, stores the feedback, the usage events and the crash reports on our behalf, under Google's own privacy terms.

Google Play delivers the speech model, and tells the app whether a newer version exists when you tap Check for updates.

Nobody else. The app has no advertising, no advertising identifier, and no social or profiling SDK, and none of this is sold or shared with third parties.

Permissions

Notifications: used for the playback controls and to tell you when parsing finishes. Refusing it does not affect playback.

The app does not ask for storage, location, camera, microphone or contacts. Files are opened only through the system file picker, which hands the app the single file you chose.

Children and teenagers

Audloop is made for language learners, including secondary-school students, and is rated for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. There are no accounts, no advertising and no advertising identifiers, and the only information that ever leaves the device is what is described above.

Your choices, and changes to this policy

Submitting feedback is entirely up to you. Usage events and crash reports are sent automatically, and there is currently no in-app switch to turn them off. They carry nothing that identifies you, so we cannot look up one person's records — but if you would like something removed, use the Feedback entry and tell us roughly when it was sent, and we will search for it by that.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the new text ships inside the app.

什么会离开手机

你提交的反馈。在你点下「提交」时，应用会把你写的这段文字、你选的类型、应用版本、手机型号、Android 版本、系统语言以及提交时间发出去。它写进 Google Firebase 的一个数据库，里面没有账号，也没有任何能指回你个人的标识。

匿名使用统计。应用会记录几个固定步骤有没有发生——发起解析、解析成功、解析失败、语音模型下载成功、语音模型下载失败、是否用过逐句精听——连同应用版本与时间。失败的记录还会带一句简短的原因。这些记录不含设备标识，也不含你的文件或文件里的任何内容。

崩溃日志。应用崩溃时，Firebase Crashlytics 会发送堆栈、应用版本、手机型号与 Android 版本，以及一个 Firebase 安装 ID——它是为本应用随机生成的，重装即重置，不与其他应用共享。崩溃日志不含你的文件、不含由文件得到的文本，也不含你的反馈。

和任何一次网络请求一样，收到这些内容的服务器能看到请求来自哪个 IP 地址。

谁收得到

Google Firebase 是 Google 旗下的服务，代我们存放反馈、使用统计与崩溃日志，适用 Google 自己的隐私条款。

Google Play 负责下发语音模型；你点「检查更新」时，也由它告诉应用有没有新版本。

没有别人。应用里没有广告、没有广告标识符、没有社交或用户画像类的 SDK，这些数据也不出售、不提供给第三方。

权限

子どもと青少年

あなたの選択と、このポリシーの変更

En resumen

Audloop reproduce el audio y el vídeo que eliges de tu teléfono y divide su voz en frases enteramente en tu dispositivo. Tus archivos, y el texto derivado de ellos, nunca salen de tu teléfono. Solo hay tres cosas que sí van por la red: los comentarios que decides enviar, un conjunto reducido de eventos de uso anónimos y un informe de fallo si la app se cierra. Cada una se describe abajo.

Qué se queda en tu teléfono

• El audio y el vídeo que importas se leen en modo de solo lectura. Nunca se copian, se mueven ni se suben.
• El reconocimiento de voz se ejecuta en tu dispositivo, con un modelo que la app descarga de Google Play. No se envía audio a ningún sitio para transcribirlo.
• Las frases que produce el análisis se guardan en una base de datos privada dentro de la app y no se suben.
• Si borras un recurso, se elimina el registro que tiene la app. El archivo original de tu teléfono no se toca.

Qué sale de tu teléfono

Los comentarios que envías. Cuando pulsas Enviar, la app manda lo que has escrito, el tipo que has elegido, la versión de la app, el modelo de tu dispositivo, tu versión de Android, el idioma del sistema y el momento del envío. Va a una base de datos de Google Firebase y no contiene ninguna cuenta ni ningún identificador que apunte a ti.

Eventos de uso anónimos. La app registra si han ocurrido ciertos pasos —se inició, terminó o falló un análisis; la descarga del modelo de voz tuvo éxito o falló; se usó la escucha por frases— junto con la versión de la app y la hora. Los pasos fallidos llevan además un motivo breve. Estos registros no contienen identificador de dispositivo ni nada sobre tus archivos o su contenido.

Informes de fallo. Si la app se cierra, Firebase Crashlytics envía el rastro de pila, la versión de la app, el modelo de tu dispositivo y tu versión de Android, y un ID de instalación de Firebase: un identificador aleatorio creado para esta app, que se restablece al reinstalarla y no se comparte con otras apps. Los informes de fallo no incluyen tus archivos, ni el texto derivado de ellos, ni tus comentarios.

Como en cualquier petición de red, los servidores que reciben todo esto ven la dirección IP desde la que llegó.

Quién lo recibe

Google Firebase, un servicio de Google, almacena por nosotros los comentarios, los eventos de uso y los informes de fallo, bajo los propios términos de privacidad de Google.

Google Play entrega el modelo de voz y le dice a la app si existe una versión más reciente cuando pulsas Buscar actualizaciones.

Nadie más. La app no tiene publicidad, ni identificador de publicidad, ni SDK social o de perfilado, y nada de esto se vende ni se comparte con terceros.

Permisos

Notificaciones: se usan para los controles de reproducción y para avisarte de que el análisis ha terminado. Rechazarlas no afecta a la reproducción.

La app no pide permiso de almacenamiento, ubicación, cámara, micrófono ni contactos. Los archivos se abren solo a través del selector del sistema, que le entrega a la app el único archivo que hayas elegido.

Menores y adolescentes

Audloop está pensada para estudiantes de idiomas, incluidos los de secundaria, y tiene clasificación para todas las edades. No recogemos a sabiendas información personal de menores. No hay cuentas, ni publicidad, ni identificadores de publicidad, y lo único que sale del dispositivo es lo descrito arriba.

Tus opciones y los cambios de esta política

Enviar comentarios depende enteramente de ti. Los eventos de uso y los informes de fallo se envían solos y por ahora no hay ningún interruptor en la app para desactivarlos. No llevan nada que te identifique, así que no podemos buscar los registros de una persona concreta; pero si quieres que se elimine algo, usa la entrada de Comentarios y dinos aproximadamente cuándo se envió, y lo buscaremos por ahí.

Si esta política cambia, la fecha de arriba cambia con ella y el texto nuevo llega dentro de la app.
